Key Responsibilities/Training Areas (during apprenticeship):
- Assisting in day-to-day operations in Production and Quality departments.
- Supporting assembly, fabrication, and testing of components.
- Learning and assisting in quality checks, inspections, and documentation.
- Working under the supervision of production and quality engineers to understand standard operating procedures.
- Maintaining records of work, reporting deviations/issues, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Following safety guidelines, EHS norms, and company policies.
