Visual Lead
The Visual Lead is responsible for shaping how the brand looks and feels. This role ensures that visual communication is compelling, consistent, premium-looking, and optimized for digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain cohesive visual identity system
· Design assets for carousels, posts, infographics, thumbnails
· Produce video and motion assets end-to-end
· Build platform-optimized visuals for LinkedIn, IG, YouTube, etc.
· Ensure visual accuracy and accessibility
· Conduct visual A/B testing to optimize performance
