About the Role:

Your primary focus will be on conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing breakdowns, and resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime. You will be responsible for overseeing and controlling maintenance costs, ensuring that repairs and replacements are completed within budget.
In this role, you will also conduct regular inspections to guarantee adherence to quality standards and identify any potential faults in systems. By implementing preventive strategies, you will work to reduce equipment failure rates and ensure optimal functionality of all machinery. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to reduce equipment downtime and lower maintenance costs through proactive and cost-effective measures.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and address equipment faults promptly.
· Diagnose breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently.
· Oversee and control maintenance costs to ensure budget compliance.

Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc)
Technical Skills:
· Understanding of equipment maintenance procedures and systems.
· Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
Soft Skills:
· Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
· Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
· Strong communication skills for effective coordination with teams.
