ENCADEMY is a CSR-funded training academy by Encardio Rite, designed to bridge the gap between academic education and real-world engineering requirements. The program:

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Participants receive structured mentoring throughout the program.
ABOUT THE ROLE: As an Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to:
- Geotechnical instrumentation
- Infrastructure monitoring systems
- Installation and testing activities
- Gateways and Dataloggers
- Data monitoring and report preparation
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings related to geotechnical instrumentation
- Understanding of geotechnical/electronic instrumentation specifications
- Basic understanding of soil and rock behaviour
- Willingness to work on project sites
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
WHO CAN APPLY?
Recent engineering graduates who:
- are available for a full-time (in-office) internship for 4 months
- have relevant skills and interests
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma — Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and Communications Engineering
M.Tech — Civil / Geotechnical Engineering
M.Sc — Geology
